Choose Google’s Find Hub App

• Compatible with: Universal products, Clip for Android, Card for Android, Tag for Android

• Ideal for: Tracking items in crowded places where you might not always be near them. It shows the last known approximate location of your item using Google’s Find Hub network of Android devices.

• Requirements: Compatible with Android 9+ (on most brands and in selected regions).

• Features:

  • Locate items using Google’s Find Hub network.

  • Share your items with others.

  • Explore additional app features on Google’s blog.

  Important Note: Using Apple’s Find My™ app will disable Google’s Find Hub network functionality, as both networks cannot operate simultaneously.

Choose Apple Find My™ App

• Compatible with: Universal products, Clip for iOS, Card for iOS, Tag for iOS

• Ideal for: Tracking your items in crowded places where you might be far from them. It shows the last known approximate location using Apple’s Find My network of devices.

• Requirements: Compatible with iOS 14.5, iPadOS 14.5, and macOS Big Sur 11.1.

• Features:

  • Locate your items globally via Apple’s Find My network.

  • Use Siri to locate items or check with your Apple Watch.

  • Share your items with others.

  • Get notifications when you leave an item behind.

  Important Note: Using Apple’s Find My network disables Google’s Find Hub network functionality, and vice versa. You cannot operate both networks simultaneously. To switch networks, you must reset the device to factory settings.
